Arkade announces new multi-currency solution, encouraging artists to expand into new territories.

Arkade.com has always been marketed as a global platform for the aspiring Artist, so the recent launch of a simple yet effective multi-currency solution comes as a welcome announcement. Artists can now easily offer their digital and physical products in different currencies and use the site as a viable distribution gateway into UK, Europe, American and Asian markets.

Arkade co-founder Stephen Miller commented:

Artists set prices in their preferred currency and can then either let Arkade handle currencies automatically or set them manually, using a smart and intuitive interface to round out conversion rates.

Artists’ “Sales Information” pages detail each and every sale in each currency. Artists are accounted to quarterly to PayPal, who convert back to Artists’ preferred currency.

Artists are charged a nominal annual subscription fee to operate a web presence using the Arkade platform; Artists can set the price for their products and receive 100% of the price they set for each and every sale.
