One man Down's new E.P "Red Shift" is now available through independent release, and is available on www.onemandown.org.

One man down have been invited to tour South Africa and play Woodstock8 in September. They are now looking for sponsorship to get them over. If you can help in any way, please contact them at roryhdeans@yahoo.com

The emergenza experience came to an abrupt end on Thurs 27th April 2006, which saw One Man Down amazingly billed with punk and emo bands from around Birmingham. Every band deserved to go through, but unfortunately only 2 could progress. Congrats to American Pen Pal and Random Conflict for a deserved place in the final and we wish them all the best!
