ONE MAN DOWN are an eclectic band and very hard to class by genre. We formed in July 2003 in the Birmingham area of the Midlands. Paul and Toby hade been performing in bands together since the tender age of 16. We have used every opportunity to perform the songs that we have written, and to further develop our technique and style.

Their style is a hybrid of various sounding styles from many different parts of the world. Hear the post modern new wave feel of Boris Karloff, the bouncing yet ethereal ska feel of Cease to Care, and you can't miss the adapted Middle Eastern persona of Marauder.

It is their use of such varied influences in their repertoire that allows ONE MAN DOWN to offer a refreshing alternative in the way of modern music.
