Violinist Darryl Way (former frontman of Curved Air) and versatile operatic tenor Stephen Crook joined forces in 2003 to produce their stunning debut album 'Aria Futura'. Having been instantly snapped up by an American label which later ran into budget problems, they have been independant for the last year.

Verisma are firm favourites on Classic FM TV with no less than four videos featured daily over two years. Currently showing are 'Mistress of Destiny', their most popular track, and the title song of the latest album 'I Wish There Was An Angel'.

CMTV said they received more e-mails for 'Mistress of Destiny' than any other song, and 'I Wish There Was An Angel' has been described as an anthem for these times.
