Beautiful Night is a Danish synthpop band, that was founded in 2004 by singer-songwriter Albert Brown.

When Albert was 18 years old he bought a synthesizer, simply because he had fallen in love with German electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk. He taught himself to play the instrument, and so did his cousin, who joined him shortly afterwards. They started out as a duo, but soon became a quartet.

Albert says: "We are not striving to sound like any particular band, but there's no doubt, that such diverse artists as Simple Minds, Talk Talk, Pink Floyd, Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley has influenced our music."
