SOULSEC, is the brain child of Paul Roberts, former front man of legendary UK rock band THE STRANGLERS.
Paul is a superb showman; his stage presence and energy have won him rave reviews all over the world. Having written some of the least likely tunes for a Strangler, he is also able to translate them - and indeed any material - not only in the studio but night after night in the live arena too. Paul composes with an eclectic range of taste on virtually every instrument he touches, and both his timing and vocal delivery are exquisite.
To date Paul & SOULSEC (formerly known as The FAITHBAND) have released 3 Studio albums, several singles/EPs, and a wealth of live material - both live & acoustic.
In March 2007, Paul sold out the 100 Club in London, in a special Stranglers 'BLACK IN TOWN' show put on purely for the fans who had supported him for the last 16 years.
