Beat Demon is 30 year old johnathan tyrer from blackpool,uk-I started out early in music at the age of 8 learning piano/keyboard and guitar.i was obssesed with early electro and hip hop and around the time of the acid house outbreak in '88 i purchased my first roland synthesizer and akai sampler and started writing my own tracks.

ive really only wrote tracks at home for personal pleasure and for friends but i keep getting pushed to upload some tracks so here is my first track entitled 'evil is good'

this particular upload is a dark drum & bass track but i do like to write instrumental hip hop(some with vocals),breakbeat and the occasional full on 4/4 track

i get my inspiration from many atrists from every field of music,especially the prodigy,chemical brothers,early acts such as n-joi,roni size,aphex twin which is reflected in my tracks

my equipment list is a fully loaded pc running live and some vst plug ins and a collection of samples collected over 10 years
