Side A are York’s premier punk rock band, fusing metal, punk, grunge and anything else you can think of into one infectious sing-along mix.
Side A have been on the York music scene for about 12 months, forming with the pairing of local band survivors Jason Jarratt (lead vocals/guitar) and Rob Darbyshire (vocals/bass), and the addition of guitarist Jim Quinn and drummer Pete Miller to complete the line up. After three previous releases, The Homebrew EP, The Fish are dead, One-Armed Bandits and Big Head Big Sound , Side A return with the new ep “Inky, Blinky Pinky and Clyde EP” and the 13-track album “Wasters.”
