Just: were officially formed in 2002 in their hometown of Grimsby, North Lincolnshire.

Much of the following year was spent honing their sound and playing live. In 2003 their self-titled debut EP was released, with standout track 'Within My Soul' gaining heavy radio airplay on BBC Raw Talent. The track was also released by independent Label Leery Tunes as the lead track on their 'Whatever' album, and went on to win the coveted BBC Raw Talent unsigned Track of the year in 2003.
Following on from this the band played a live session on BBC Raw Talent and were also finalists in the prestigious Lincolnshire Rock Open competition, before eventually parting ways with their drummer in late 2003.

New drummer Jason Sleaman was recruited in mid 2004 and the next 6 months were spent rehearsing and writing new material before the band returned to the live scene in late 2004.

2005 sees things starting to gather pace and the band have penned a deal with midlands based PR company Electric
