An original rock band with an excellent emerging reputation, Fourteen Down is made up of four talented and accomplished musicians who are putting forward their unique brand of atmospheric AOR. By combining melodic, lyrically strong songs with a dynamic and energetic approach, the band demonstrate, not only their fine musicianship, but also their ability to work together as a single defined unit.

Formed in the summer of 2006, Fourteen Down have already written and developed a superb collection of songs that attempt to engage the audience on an emotional level being both upbeat and memorable but also uncompromising. With a style that can be described as a fusion of rock, pop and folk the band takes its influences from groups like U2, Matchbox Twenty, Goo Goo Dolls, Pink Floyd, Nickelback and Rush. Fourteen Down have undoubtedly found their musical niche and yet the style is open enough to appeal to a broad demographic.
