With their four-part male/female harmonies and multi-instrumental sound, including cello, piano and glockenspiel, this six-piece band from Reading have been favourably compared to Arcade Fire and Fleetwood Mac.
Since 2004 the band have performed at a diverse range of venues: anything from a local music shop to Nottingham's Royal Concert Hall. Recent supports with My Latest Novel, Semi-Finalists, HEM and Pure Reason Revolution have gained Wire Jesus critical acclaim for their mesmerizing vocal harmonies, frenetic live performances and thought provoking lyrics.
April '06 the band released their debut Double A side single 'The Intruder (Make It Better)/Another Day' on Josaka Music, produced by Adam Whittaker (New Rhodes/The Rakes), showing themselves to be one of the most original and unique bands emerging today.
